Playing on this site

Is Bottle Hop free to play here?

The homepage can be accessed without an account or payment to BottleHop.org. The game runs in an external frame. We do not control what the external provider may change in the future, including its own advertising or access rules. If a prompt asks for payment, confirm which site is presenting it before proceeding.

Do I need to download or install anything?

No installation is required to read our guides or load the current browser embed. Avoid unrelated “download” prompts that appear outside the normal browser game flow. BottleHop.org does not distribute an app installer. A browser may still download ordinary game assets temporarily so the frame can run.

Who provides the game?

The game in the homepage iframe loads from bottle-hop.1games.io. BottleHop.org publishes the surrounding site and independent guides. We do not claim to own the game or to be its official publisher. Read the About page for the relationship and contact details.

Why is the play area on a different domain?

The game is embedded from an external provider instead of being served from BottleHop.org. Your browser can therefore make separate requests to that provider when the iframe loads. Its content, availability, and data practices are separate from the guide pages you are reading here.

Controls and practice

Which control should I use?

The current page mentions tapping, clicking, or pressing space depending on device, and the visible tutorial inside the game shows its own pointer cue. Follow the current in-game instructions when they differ. On desktop, click inside the frame before using a keyboard control so the game, rather than the outer page, receives it.

Why does space scroll the page?

The game iframe likely does not have keyboard focus. Click inside the game and try again. If space still scrolls, use the mouse or the control displayed by the game. Browser and accessibility settings can also change how a key is handled. Our controls guide explains the first-session check.

Should I tap twice on every jump?

No fixed input count works for every gap. First watch where one input sends the bottle. Add another only when you can name the problem it should solve, such as consistently landing short. If you are already passing the far edge or rotating too far, extra input can make the miss harder to understand.

How can I learn from failed landings?

Separate a short jump, overshoot, side contact, and post-landing fall. Record where the bottle first touched, not only where it ended. Then change one input choice on the next attempt. The landing guide gives a small observation log you can use without claiming hidden physics data.

Devices and browser problems

Can I play on a phone?

The current game frame can be opened on a mobile browser, but its layout and input behavior are controlled by the external provider. A smaller display may make target edges harder to see. Try landscape orientation or the site's Fullscreen button if your browser supports it. We have not published a measured device performance ranking.

Why does the frame stay blank?

The outer page and external game have separate loading paths. Scroll to the play area, wait for its assets, and refresh once if needed. A blocker or restricted network may prevent the game domain from loading while our text remains visible. Follow the troubleshooting checklist before changing broad browser security settings.

Does the loading message prove the game is broken?

No. The site's fallback appears if the iframe does not report a load event within about fifteen seconds. A slow network, blocked request, or provider outage may cause it. Conversely, a load event can occur before the game itself has finished downloading. The message is a diagnostic cue, not a complete health test.

What if fullscreen does not work?

The browser can deny a fullscreen request, especially in restricted environments. Use the Fullscreen button after a direct click on the page, or use your browser's own view controls. Fullscreen only changes the display area; it does not repair a blocked frame or change the game's rules.

Site, privacy, and support

Are the guides official?

No official affiliation or endorsement is claimed. The guides are independent editorial explanations based on visible behavior and practical troubleshooting. They are not a copy of game source code or official documentation. Corrections can be sent through the Contact page.

Does playing share data with another company?

Loading the game iframe connects your browser to the external provider, which may process its own technical data and cookies. BottleHop.org also uses site technologies described in the privacy policy. The two operators may have different practices, so read the provider's notice if you need details about in-game data.

How do I report a broken link or incorrect guide?

Email service@bottlehop.org with the page address, the part that is wrong, and what you observed. For a game loading problem, include your browser and device. We can correct this site's text and layout, but we cannot guarantee a fix to code hosted by the external provider.
